Classroom Online Courses, and Online Practice Exams:
Once a student purchases an online course, no refunds or credits will be given after 30 days, or after completion of one module, whichever occurs first. Online courses and practice exams expire six months from date of purchase, unless a package containing more time has been purchased. Extensions for additional time may be available, for a fee, but are not guaranteed due to expiration of courses with the State of Florida. Any course materials purchased with a course will be shipped within 7 days of registration. Additional charges for shipping may apply to any materials being shipped.

Bookstore Items:
No returns or refunds on bookstore purchases including: books, videos, CDs, DVDs, calculators, flashcards, etc. All sales are final. If an item is defective we will gladly exchange it for a new one of the same version within ten (10) days of purchase date. A check returned by students’ bank for any reason will incur a service charge up to the current legal limit in Florida.

Classroom:
A deposit of $45 secures a place in class. The remaining balance is due on the first day of class. No more than 8 hours total in absences. Your textbook will be issued on the first day of class. All deposits are non refundable. Please note that the $45 can be reapplied to a different class if the original date changes.
